Our Client, a well-established bank   in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to   fit their post of Teller/ C o unter Service Officer in their retail banking sector .

Responsibilities:

• Handling counters transactions including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers
• Promote and advise banking products and services to customers
• Answering customers’ enquiries with high quality servicing
• Manage ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• HKCEE, HKDSE or above, Fresh Graduates are also considered
• One year or above working experience in bank or customer service position is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
• Welling to work under pressure and meet expectations
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
