Perform customer service and receptionist duties, eg answering enquiries from text messages, walk-in guests or phone calls, in a friendly and professional manner in both speaking and writing.
Communicate with teachers and students to arrange lessons timely and precisely.
Maintain smooth daily operations of the centre.
Provide general office administrative work and clerical supports.
Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
JLPT N3 or above, able to communicate in Japanese.
Good telephone manners and communication skills.
Good command of both spoken and written Japanese, English and Cantonese.
Proficient in MS office.
Detail minded and a good team player.
1 year receptionist or customer service background is an advantage.
