• Participate in the development of data modeling, data analysis, and other related tasks for TCL's digital transformation business.
• Responsible for modeling, simulation, model optimization, and enhancement of problems in TCL's manufacturing or supply chain domains (e.g., demand forecasting, pre-allocation planning, production planning, workshop scheduling, and route planning).
  
  
  

• Master's degree or above in Operations Research, Mathematics, Management Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields, with a solid foundation in statistics, data analysis, mining, and modeling.
• Strong programming skills, proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, C, C++, or C#, with extensive experience in independently implementing and optimizing algorithms.
• Sensitive to data, with strong learning ability, logical thinking, business understanding, and communication skills. Possess excellent problem analysis and solving abilities, work diligently, and show strong initiative.
• Candidates with experience in production planning, workshop scheduling, and route planning projects, especially those with reinforcement learning project implementation experience, will be given priority consideration.
