We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and high caliber talents to join our marketing team. As Marketing & E-Commerce Officer, you will play a key role in driving our brand awareness, digital marketing initiatives, managing and optimizing our online store.

Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing plan and activities for brands assigned
• Manage and oversee daily operation of the online shop
• Plan and manage activities on Social Media platforms including content creation, posting and social community monitoring
• Identify latest digital and social media trends and adopt new social media practices to maximize brand exposure
• Develop and implement CRM strategy and programs for aggressive customer acquisition and retention

• Support and create visual graphics, including digital materials, print materials or exhibition and displays when needed
• Assist in exhibition and customer events management
• Liaise with internal and external parties to implement marketing programs
• Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Communication, E-Commerce, Branding or business related disciplines
• 1-3 years’ experience in retail, consumer goods or E-Commerce industry is preferable
• Knowledge of using Shopify e-commerce platform is a plus
• Strong writing techniques and content creation skills
• Experience of social media management & digital / performance marketing
• Energetic, out of the box thinking, creative personality with “can do” attitudes
• Knowledge of Google tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads etc will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly motivated, detail-minded and result driven with multi-tasking skills
• Fluency in speaking and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient with Canva, Illustrator and Photoshop is plus
• Immediate available is highly preferred
