Required Technical Skill Set

Certified Project Manager (PMP/Prince/Agile)


Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have


  • 8+ years of experience in delivering Infrastructure projects in banking domain
  • Strong experience in

- Large scale data centre migration & uplifts, Network infrastructure upgrades and EOL migrations

- Large scale user building projects, including re-stacks, refurbs and relocations

  • Strong project management skills including scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, communication management, resource management, etc.,
  • Knowledge of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Technical understanding of Datacentre and IT infrastructure and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • ’’Can-do" attitude, ability to influence and chase
  • Working as part of regional and global team


Good-to-Have

  • Good understanding of Datacenter and User Building operations
  • Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent)


Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Drive Technology delivery, providing end-end project management, planning and collaboration with internal/ cross-functional and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the project delivery with with appropriate frameworks, methods and best practices across the project life cycle phases
  • Manage project tasks, critical path and monitor progress of all Technology related activities to ensure all defined project objectives are met within project scope, schedule and budget
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
  • Chair project meetings including weekly status calls, stakeholder and management meetings. Host migration plan meetings with core migration teams and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage project change requests and scope creep, and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports and post-implementation reviews for future reference
