Required Technical Skill Set

Around 8 to 10 Years of domain experience in administering Windows Servers, ESX & VMware with Dell/HP blades and storage.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Managing & Maintaining Windows Server, VMware / Nutanix Virtual & HCI Infrastructure.
• Configuring & managing AD, DNS, DHCP File & Print Services.
• Security Patch, Vulnerability fixes on Windows servers, Hypervisor -VMware & Nutanix hosts.
• Configuration, Migration of File server & troubleshooting OS migration.
• Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Maintenance of ESXi, Nutanix HCI and its upgrades.
• Managing WSUS/SCCM server and deploy patches to the servers
• Analyzing & solving performance issue at OS & VM level on migration.
• Managing Dell Hardware’s and storage along with firmware.
• Manage and maintaining of VCenter and its upgrade.
• Configuration of Virtual Switches, N/W connections and Port groups.
• Analyzing and issue fixes on Nutanix Hyperconverged Environment.
• ITIL V3 foundation certification / Knowledge

Good-to-Have

• Knowledge in working with team to automate the deployment process
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent writing skills with a proven background in writing documentation

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Overall accountability for the technical support for Infrastructure services delivery for the client
• Leading the service delivery technical team, managing conflict and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
• Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
• Ensure all resources engaged are effectively utilised for delivering services meeting the agreed SLA and KPI
