About Your Team

To broaden access to private assets across different client segments, we are progressively building out our alternatives capabilities, a strategy which will evolve over the coming years. This role will support the region in the build out of the Specialist Distribution function in Asia and for growing Fidelity’s Private Assets franchise, with a initial focus on Real Estate and Private Credit.

The focus is to provide private market expertise to our generalists as well as supporting the Specialist Distribution team become the trusted specialist for alternative investments for all internal stakeholders and clients across the Region.

About Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the growth of the Private Assets business across the APAC ex Japan region.
• Work closely with the regional sales generalist to develop and maintain relationships with institutional and wholesale clients.
• Provide strategic inputs to the specialist and generalists to expand market penetration.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand investors' appetite, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes in the region.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Distribution teams and the Private Assets investment teams to develop and position products that meets investors demand.
  
  

About You

Experience and Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of the Private Assets markets, within Asia, including experience in promoting both Real Estate and / or Private Credit capabilities and funds in Asia.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities.
• Organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills with very strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take executive responsibility for maintaining a Treating Customers Fairly culture, ensuring operations and investment activities are conducted and controlled in an appropriate manner.
• Commitment to meeting the expected level of client/prospect activities and keeping appropriate client meeting and opportunity pipeline records, ensuring Salesforce records are updated promptly and accurately.
• Fluent English, Chinese and other Asia language will be a plus with outstanding communication skills.
