Professional Visa Services Limited, established in 2010, is an immigration consultancy firm based in Hong Kong. We offer various immigration solutions to individual and corporate clients, including visa services to Hong Kong, China and other foreign countries, permanent residency applications and citizenship programs. We are looking for new staff members to cope with our business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with professional consultation by assessing their background and planning for the cases;
• Assist clients in gathering application materials and preparing necessary documentations;
• Liaise with clients and relevant government authorities to streamline the application progress and deal with enquiries in an effective manner; and
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients by generating reports or reminders on clients' immigration matters and updating clients on recent immigration developments.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree holder. Fresh graduate is also welcome;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Able to work independently and have good team work spirit;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented;
• Immigration consulting experience or a legal background would be an advantage; and
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
