Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Understand and interpret business trends and provide financial insights to help the company make decisions;
• Lead diversified financing initiatives ( equity/debt financing, private equity partnerships, cross-border capital deployment) to optimize capital structure and funding costs;
• Monitor the annual plan and leading the proper action plans;
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks , and financial institutions to support the company’s financial objectives;
• Manage a team of finance professionals in the region and provide leadership, guidance and hands-on management and mentorship;
• Be responsible for the quality of financial reporting and provide suggestions to senior management based on analysis;
• Develop and coordinate necessary and appropriate finance and statistical data and reports;
• Analyze and consult on the financial impact of key departmental strategies for growth ;
• Build strong relationships and foster teamwork among group and other departments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor Degree/above in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines;
• Qualified or Professional qualifications, e.g. Chartered Accountant/ CPA/ ACCA/ CIMA, etc.;
• Min. 10 years of financial management experience in a publicly Listed company;
• *Strong experience in investing community & fund raising experience;
• Worked for Chinese enterprises is preferable;
• Occasional travel to South China manufacturing facility.
