Project Co-ordinator II (Ref. 250000GK) (Closing date: March 25, 2025)
The appointee will be responsible for duties primarily related to the 75th anniversary celebration of Chung Chi College and various celebratory initiatives. Duties include (a) handling administrative tasks and supporting the celebration organising committee and its sub-committees; (b) assisting in the planning and co-ordination of celebratory events, including carnivals, talks, exhibitions, concerts, sports events, banquets, tours, etc; (c) co-ordinating with various units and providing on-site support for event operations; (d) managing publicity for events, including mass emails, social media, website updates, etc.; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Irregular working hours, including weekends, evenings, or holidays, will be required occasionally.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a higher degree; (ii) a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification full-time work experience, preferably at tertiary institutions; (iii) solid experience in event organisation and project management; (iv) effective multitasking and problem-solving skills; (v) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; (vi) strong interpersonal and communication skills; and (vii) the ability to work independently with high self-motivation and as a team member with good team spirit.
Applicants must submit all academic certificates, including copies of HKALE/HKDSE certificates, showing that they have fulfilled the language requirements and academic qualifications stated above, otherwise their applications will not be considered.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
