(Senior) Site Supervisor - Fitting Out Project

Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the site safety, quality of works
- Coordinating with sub-contracors as per confirmed design information
- Handling the logistic arrangement of the materials to the site
- Attending the site meetings regularly and organizing works according to project manager's instruction
- Night work may be required occasionally
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in building/fitting-out projects
- Experience of fitting-out projects under contractors
- Conversant with interior fitting-out nature/surveying, A&A work and contractual documents would be ad advantage
- Possess good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out
- Good command of English
- Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlooks etc.
- Excellent communication and site management skills
- Immediate available is preferred
