To executive & support different acquisition & customer portfolio initiatives, including:
Contribute to marketing program fulfillment
Work with different stakeholders on marketing initiatives & customer communication materials
Assist in daily budget management
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to maintain quality standard
Conducting competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities on regular basis
Manage invoice and payment administration to ensure budget adherence
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or based on evolving business needs
Liaise with branches and call center to address customer inquiries related to marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
At least 1 year of marketing experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcomed
An all-rounded marketer with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure while adhering to timelines and maintaining a customer-centric approach
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of website maintenance, Python, and Tableau is a plus
