Manager, Marketing - Segment Management and Marketing
To manage marketing budget and ensure that the marketing programmes to be implemented within approved budget
To deliver quality services to internal customers and help them achieve business goals via implementation of effective marketing programmes
To present the ideas/information provided by business units including product offers, programme logistics and terms & conditions in a clear, objective, accurate and organized manner
To ensure that marketing materials related to promotional programmes can be accessed by customers via suitable channels
To execute marketing programmes smoothly and effectively, and be able to meet the timeline
To ensure the marketing materials meet the requirements of corporate advertising guideline and corporate image
Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
Requirements
University graduate, preferably major in Marketing/Business Administration or relevant discipline; OR
Preferably over 5 years’ working experience gained in banking/finance sector or advertising agency
Solid experience in marketing, advertising & promotion, and event management
Sound knowledge in bank products and services
Effective project management and time management
Good marketing sense, creative, analytical, and able to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
