Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between HR and IT that use Workday as the system of record.
  • Work with the HR team to recommend usage and support the implementation of future Workday modules, with a focus on finance-related functionalities.
  • Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment.
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
  • Support Workday integrations, reports, and security setup, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Lead the payroll integration and support its operation, with a focus on JML accuracy and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing HRIS solutions within a finance context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between HR, IT and others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with payroll integration and support, with a focus on JML accuracy, is highly desirable.
