Working Location: Airport

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the site documentations, procedures and internal files are in site protocols.

 

What this job involves:

  • Responsible for daily inspection, repair, and maintenance of various equipment, including property, electrical, and air conditioning facilities
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure all systems operate normally
  • Identify and resolve potential issues promptly to extend equipment lifespan
  • Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and supervision for their daily work
  • Allocate tasks to ensure work efficiency and quality
  • Train team members to enhance their technical skills and professional competence
  • Assist in completing engineering projects and monitor work progress
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard
  • Participate in project planning and budget preparation
  • Report daily maintenance progress and on-site conditions by 52-Week PPM schedule
  • Prepare regular maintenance reports for management and relevant departments
  • Maintain good communication with other departments to ensure smooth facility maintenance operations
  • Handle emergency repair services, responding quickly to resolve unexpected issues
  • Develop contingency plans to ensure rapid and effective action in emergency situations
  • Establish plans and propose building improvement solutions
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes, offering optimization suggestions
  • Research new technologies and methods to improve facility management efficiency and sustainability

 

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • Higher Diploma or above from a recognized Technical Institute in relevant subjects
  • At least 8 years comparable working experience
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B is a must
  • Interpersonal and supervisory skills, behave politely and courteously
  • Able to prepare reports in both Chinese & English
  • Able to communicate in Chinese and English fluently
  • Willing to work with strong team spirit and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated

Candidate will less experience will be considered for the position of Engineer
