Location: Causeway Bay

What this job involves:

  • Lead and monitor the technical operations in client's office, including building systems, ensure they run efficiently, safely and cost-effectively
  • Partner with vendors to manage client environment and technical services, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management
  • Monitor and manage technical vendors and review of all maintenance reports to ensure maintenance is conducted appropriately and performance issues are actioned
  • Support and assist any installation, commissioning and programming of new office space to ensure plans, designs, scopes and goals are accurate
  • Incident management support including 24/7 on call for incident management in the office
  • Prepare technical reporting submissions for portfolio objectives, regular meetings and portfolio performance
  • Work closely with site operations team to meet client expectations

 

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or other related field 
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant engineering management experience, preferably in facilities management industry
  • Experience in digital buildings including IOT based system knowledge is an added advantage
  • Experience in managing minor projects will be an added advantage
  • Required to be the first contact point to handle emergency cases during non-working hours and holidays
  • Thorough understanding of building services design and engineering management
  • Ability to identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency/improvements and implement agreed solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and explain complex operational management information to senior
  • Certification in Sustainability such as LEED, WELL will be an added advantage
  • Certification in Project Management such as PMP will be an added advantage
  • Accompany with working experience in an old building will be an added advantage
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing
  • Good English and Mandarin speaking and listening skills
