• A constant stylish and professional image, serving as a role model for Beauty Advisors.
• Knowledge in beauty and makeup culture and trends.
• Strong storytelling capability and the ability to engage and inspire others.
• A proactive, self-learning attitude and influence in makeup practices.
• Professional knowledge, preferably with ISIPCA training or an equivalent certificate.
