工作職責：

• 客戶服務與支持
• 負責接聽客戶電話，解答客戶的投資問題。
• 協助客戶處理賬戶事務及投資操作。
• 客戶關係管理
• 收集客戶反饋，維護客戶關係，支持業務推展。
• 市場推廣支持
• 協助市場部門推廣新產品，提供客戶需要的資料。

招聘要求：

• 大學學位，金融、商業或相關專業優先。
• 具備1年以上客戶服務或銷售經驗。
• 良好的溝通能力和耐心，能應對客戶問題。
• 具備基本的金融知識，能夠快速學習相關內容。
