Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students to create, scale, and complete their Capstone Projects.
• Provide ongoing mentorship from project conception through completion.
• Commit to students until their projects are finalized.
• Collaborate with the Crimson global student team, and strategist and respond to messages

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills. Engaging, enthusiastic and approachable.
• A passion for education and mentorship
