The main responsibility of the incumbent is to support system implementation, conduct detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and business requirements, and performing user acceptance testing.

 Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions
• Lead ongoing review of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Collaborate with vendors, business users and IT teams to achieve results
• Assist in system configuration or develop analytic reports if necessary
• Stay up-to-date with latest IT technology to streamline process and modernize systems
• Participate in ad-hoc corporate projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Management or related discipline
• At least 6 years’ experience in IT business analysis or related field
• Hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and club operations management will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong analytical, documentation skills and conceptual thinking skills
• Effective planning and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience in SQL, Python or mobile app programming is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Principal Business Analyst
