What you’ll do

• Assist client side for Retail Branches support
• Administration support
• Technical support
• Provide administrative and support to Retail Branches
• Coordinate and supervise the maintenance activities performed by technician and contractors
• Respond to emergency call and on-site support when needed
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Diploma or degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Personal skills you excel

• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Attention to detail.
• Immediate available is an advantage
