What you’ll do

• Organize and participate in regular recruitment road shows and job fairs to connect with potential candidates in the local community
• Establish and maintain relationships with community and other networks to source qualified candidates
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their fit for available positions
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including advertising job openings, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and messaging targeted towards blue-collar and cleaning positions

Key qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a frontline recruitment or similar outreach-focused role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse candidate populations
• Familiarity with blue-collar and cleaning industry job requirements and candidate profiles

Personal skills you excel

• Prior experience in the blue-collar or cleaning industry
• Knowledge of local job market trends and recruitment best practices
