Preferred Background:

• Front office experience in investment banking or other financial institutions, willing to make a career transition to middle office;
• Good knowledge of corporate finance solutions, including restructuring, overseas corporate development, M&A, IPO, financing, tax advisory etc.

OR

• Experience in dealing with HNW clients
• Familiar with wealth management products and solution delivery.
