Our client, a leading real estate property developer publicly listed and headquartered in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Facilities Management to join its management team in Beijing, China.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Property Management General Manager, this position is responsible for advising the management team on all facilities management aspects of property dealings.
The Ideal candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Extensive experience in facilities management.
• Over 20 years of renovation experience in large commercial complexes, including offices and shopping malls, covering design, construction, repair, and maintenance, with over 5 years of experience in Beijing projects.
• In-depth knowledge of PRC Building and Fire Services rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Proficient in cost control and contract management, with the ability to prepare tender documents, analyze tenders, and compile tender reports for management decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and after office hours when necessary.
