Within delegated responsibility and authority of Associate Director - Sales, K&B Hong Kong, Macau & Guam responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating all project field sales activities in order to promote and support the Kohler brand name in the assigned project market. Responsible for developing sales strategies for achieving increased penetration of major mechanical contracts, builders, developers, designers, specifiers and the lodging industry. Works within the guidelines of the project quotation program and the residential quotation program to assist distributors in obtaining additional project job orders.
Skills/Requirements
University/ college graduated in marketing or business administration preferred. At least three years’ sales experience in building materials/household products, coupled with extensive background in securing project type business.
