Role Description

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of internal and external products within the organization. Reporting to the Head of Global Merchant Services, this role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that projects/products meet business objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Other than delivering products and projects, the candidate will be able to immerse in a broad spectrum of Fintech products, including credit card and APM merchant acquiring, card issuing, remittance, trust, and many more. 

Job Responsibilities

• Fully understand a product development cycle 
• Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in the payment space
• Show acute business acumen in driving revenue for the organization, and is willing to learn about new trends in the Fintech space
• Have a can-do attitude and navigate through a complex organization and getting buy-in from multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate resources with tech teams to drive business results 
• Familiarity with merchant acquiring and cross-border payment is a plus
• Coding experience is a plus
