Job Description
As our Sales / Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate our services, manage accounts, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing client relationships to achieve sales targets
- Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities by presenting tailored proposals and solutions to potential clients
- Act as the primary contact point for clients, addressing inquiries, providing quotations, and managing projects from start to finish
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, design, technical, and logistics) to ensure seamless execution of client projects and events
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to monitor performance and inform business strategy
- Participate in networking and industry events to represent the company and expand your professional network
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and client databases
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout all stages of client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably within event management or related industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with clients
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
- Strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Applicants with limited experience may be considered for an Assistant Sales / Account Manager position
