About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Strategy Consultant who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in both digital transformation and go-to-market projects—advising ambitious clients while also working hands-on with the leadership teams of our portfolio companies. Unlike traditional consultancy roles, this opportunity blends strategic insight with real operational exposure inside high-performing and high-growth ventures.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify client or portfolio company challenges, define business requirements, and design innovative, tech-driven solutions to unlock growth
· Shape and support digital transformation and digital marketing roadmaps—balancing short-term wins with long-term vision
· Deliver clear, concise, and compelling strategic recommendations, backed by robust analysis and best practices
· Stay ahead of emerging technologies, translating complex innovations into actionable business use cases
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients and ventures
· Build and maintain high-quality, reusable consulting assets and frameworks
· Contribute to pre-sales and business development efforts, including proposals and presentations
· Act as an ambassador —sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and seeking continuous personal growth
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required; a master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is a strong plus
· 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a digital agency is preferred—but motivated fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
· Exposure to Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) is an advantage
· Passion for digital innovation, startup growth, and frontier technologies like AI, blockchain, and Web3
· Highly analytical, adaptable, and intellectually curious
· Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to distil complex ideas for diverse stakeholders
· Self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently
· Fluent/native in English; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred
· Comfortable working in high-pressure, high-performance environments
