HRIS Senior Manager /Director

Reporting to: Head of HR


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the optimization and management of our in-house HRIS platform . Reporting to the Head of HR , you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and driving the transformation of our HR organization into a high-impact function.


In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product & Engineering, HR COEs, HRBPs, and HR Operations teams globally , to develop and implement system solutions that streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. You will also lead a team of HRIS professionals to build and maintain a seamless, user-friendly HRIS ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead HRIS projects, collaborating with HR COEs to identify system requirements and drive solutions.
  • System Maintenance & Administration: Ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and ongoing enhancements of internal HRIS system
  • System Upgrades & Implementation: Oversee testing, upgrades, and the rollout of new modules or features.
  • End-User Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to HR teams and employees.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve user concerns related to HRIS tools and functionalities.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate monthly performance reports and insights using data from our HR chatbot and ticketing system.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach the HRIS team to develop expertise, ensure system excellence, and drive the overall HRIS roadmap.
  • Business Integration: Ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other business applications and infrastructure.
  • Strategic Planning: Translate business needs into actionable HRIS projects, managing prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance user experience, improve data quality, and optimize HRIS integrations.


What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • HRIS Expertise: Strong knowledge of core HRIS modules ; prior experience in building an internal HRIS from scratch is highly preferred.
  • HR Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR processes with the ability to drive efficiency and optimize system usage.
  • Project Leadership: Proven success in leading complex HRIS implementations and change management projects .
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to navigate a dynamic work environment, balance multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to conduct presentations, briefings, and training for teams at various levels.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
