Requirements
Solid computer skills in Word, Excel as minimum
Good organizational skills
Powerpoint, Illustrator, website or social media savvy a plus
Fluent in Cantonese & English
Good writing skills
Responsibilities
Book-keeping and monthly account reconciliations
Pay bills and prepare cheques
Schedule and arrange deliveries, organise logistics.
Prepare PO, update stock-lists
Support marketing and sales efforts when required
Qualifications
Diploma or Certification
Minimum 5 years working experience in similar positions
HKID
