Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager at BCI Worldwide (Hong Kong). The Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, developing strategies to expand the business, and exploring the Hong Kong market. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and preparing reports on sales performance occasionally traveling within Asia.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Strategic Planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Hospitality Industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
