Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandise Manager located in Nanshan distric, Shenzhen.

The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for overseeing product assortments, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, and developing effective merchandise strategies.

The role also includes sales forecasting, customer service support, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Inventory Management
• Ability to manage Product Assortment effectively
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Shenzhen and visit factories all over East Asia
• Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
