Title: Technical Cofounder (Web2/Web3 Startup)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled technical co-founder to join an innovative startup at the intersection of Web2/Web3, AI, and social media. The ideal candidate should have strong development experience in either Web2 (traditional web apps) or Web3 (blockchain, smart contracts) and some familiarity with AI technologies.

Bonus points if you have experience in social media platform development, TCP/IP networking, large-scale enterprise systems, or behavioral science (especially women's behavior in digital spaces).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical development (architecture, coding, deployment) for Web2/Web3 applications.
Collaborate on product strategy, UX, and scalability.
Work with AI integrations (LLMs, recommendation systems, etc.).
Ensure security, performance, and scalability (knowledge of TCP/IP, cloud infra, etc. is a plus).
Communicate effectively in English + at least one other foreign language.
Comfortable with Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams for remote collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, Solidity, or similar).
Web2 (Backend/Frontend) or Web3 (Blockchain, Smart Contracts, dApps) experience.
Basic AI/ML understanding (LLMs, NLP, recommendation systems).
Problem-solving & system design skills (scaling, security, APIs).
Fluent in English + another language (Chinese, Spanish, French, etc. is a plus).

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):

Experience building social media platforms (user engagement, feeds, algorithms).
Knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, or enterprise-scale systems.

Background in behavioral science (women’s behavior in digital spaces).
Familiarity with NoCode/LowCode tools (if fast prototyping is needed).
