Job Summary:
A highly skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will serve as a critical liaison between our HR and IT, ensuring the effective use and implementation of Workday as our system of record. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, particularly with Workday, and will be responsible for analyzing, designing, documenting, and testing software modifications, as well as supporting integrations and security setups within a compliance-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between HR and IT that use Workday as the system of record.
- Work with the HR team to recommend usage and support the implementation of future Workday modules, with a focus on finance-related functionalities.
- Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment.
- Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
- Support Workday integrations, reports, and security setup, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Lead the payroll integration and support its operation, with a focus on JML accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday.
- Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing HRIS solutions within a finance context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between HR, IT and others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with payroll integration and support, with a focus on JML accuracy, is highly desirable.
