Support in ensuring B2B accounts are set-up and administered efficiently and effectively.
Handle B2B clients' enquiries and complaints
Identify and support on cases' investigation and resolution issues
Responsible for the invoice / reports and other documentations with clients in a timely manner
Work with Operations Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of B2B accounts
Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance
Perform ad-hoc project as assigned
You might fit for the role if you have...…
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in customer services, operations or project management
Account servicing or Sales Support/Administration experience, preferably in banking / finance industry
Excellent inter-personal, customer servicing and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and Japanese (N1 level is preferred)
Proficient in other Asian languages such as Korean is an advantage
Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized in work procedures
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight timelines
Well versed in MS Office and hands on experience in using system
