Responsibilities

• To provide administrative support to the Sports and Recreation Departments
• To organize and implement various sports programs, events, workshops, tournaments, regular classes, and team training
• To communicate and coordinate with coaches, contractors, NSAs, internal departments, and outside organizations
• Handling inquiries and complaints from the members
• To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Sports/Recreation/Social Science or related discipline
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Well-organized, self-motivated & willing to work on Public holidays and irregular hours
• Able to work under pressure, independently, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Chinese word processing is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
