Overview:

We’re seeking a Recruiter to support our HK expansion. You will take ownership of sourcing, engaging, and closing high-priority and impactful roles, including senior and executive positions. This hands-on role requires flexibility and the ability to quickly address urgent hiring needs, working closely with leadership to drive the recruitment process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your expertise will be key in building a world-class team that supports our continued success and scaling efforts.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of successfully filling senior and high-priority roles. Ability to manage multiple, urgent hiring needs at once with quick execution and a high level of flexibility. Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates. Excellent in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with top talent across a range of functions and regions. Results-driven with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet hiring goals. Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently. Familiar with recruitment tools and platforms to streamline sourcing and hiring efforts. Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
