Responsibilities
Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads and account relationship to meet sales goals and objectives
Prepare and present proposals to clients and effectively negotiate and close deals
Devise and manage effective sales and marketing plans for targeted services, solutions and segments
Manage and build strong relationships with banks, merchants and business partners
Keep up with payment industry trends, product offerings and best practices in market
Work closely with senior sales management and overseas team members in new programs and initiatives
Support other related duties assigned as needed.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related discipline
At least 3 to 10 years relevant experience in sales in payment, banking, eComm or IT solutions
General knowledge of financial or payment service and technologies an advantage
Good network and connections in the merchants, eCommerce or payment/banking sectors
Strong B2B consultative drive, able to drive revenue and client growth, and maintain long lasting client relationship
Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to success in digital or fintech industry
Able to understand business requirements and formulate service solutions to address client needs
Excellent oral and written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently
Occasional travel may be required
