1-year renewable contract for Private Wealth Management Recruiter at a top-tier established bank!

Your new role

• Develop candidate pipeline through various channels including internet research, cold/ warm calling, networking, referrals and other sourcing tools
• Conduct market mapping and other market intelligence projects
• Prepare pipeline reports and people movement newsletter on a regular basis
• Update and maintain candidate database
• Provide administrative support
• Keep abreast of industry trends and activities in recruiting market developments, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as a Researcher within a recruitment agency or in a similar role in the banking/financial industry
  
• Experience in private banking / wealth management recruiting preferred
  
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
