Key Responsibilities

• Handle overseas litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution related to the business.
• Respond to inquiries, investigations, and complaints from overseas regulatory agencies.
• Draft, review, and revise day-to-day business contracts, providing risk assessments and legal consultation opinions to support business growth.
• Lead negotiations and review legal documents related to overseas matters.

Required skills / Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, Juris Doctor/LLM preferred. US Bar admission (or equivalent in jurisdiction) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in overseas legal affairs, with knowledge of laws and regulations related to company operations and foreign litigation procedures, litigation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Strong personal character and professional ethics, with a commitment to strictly abiding by relevant laws and regulations, capable of fulfilling duties loyally.
