Job Description: Finance and Compliance Manager

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Compliance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full accounting processes, monitoring cash flow, and providing insights through data analysis, while also facilitating risk management and maintaining compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities

A) Financial Management

• Oversee the complete set of accounts, including inventory records and various accounting reports.
• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure timely month-end closing processes.
• Assist in conducting periodic stock counts.
• Analyze financial data and cost components to prepare comprehensive management reports.

B) Compliance Oversight

• Review and advise on internal control systems, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate risk management processes, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks.
• Undertake additional ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a commercial setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and independent with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel overseas occasionally.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
