Job Summary:

The role manages deposit and payment products. Responsibilities include product management, market research, analyzing customer needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting product and campaign launches. The role assists Head of Deposits & Payments in maximizing product performance in terms of revenue and enhancing customer experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead the development and management of the bank's deposit product portfolio.
  • Manage deposits and payments campaigns end-to-end.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Implement deposit solutions to enhance product offerings.
  • Execute competitive pricing strategies for deposit & payment products well.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales channels, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on analytics.
  • Lead deposit product procedures and governance related projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in product development processes.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.


What we are looking for:

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial industry, preferably retail assets or liabilities products; and
  • Minimum 2 years in product campaign and payment projects
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in P & L management
  • Strong analytical, data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with more experience might be considered as VP
