Our client, HKCSS, established in 1947, the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) is a statutory body aimed at driving an impact-oriented, collaborative and innovative social service sector. The Council serves as a collaboration and co-creation platform that brings together stakeholders for advancing the well-being of Hong Kong community. They are looking for a Senior Analyst Programmer role.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Chinese.
• To responsible for system design, development and support of the application systems for NGOs digital transformation.
• To manage system development projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather business requirements and provide consultation for stakeholders.
• To implement the API, Cloud and Microservice, perform system integration and deployment in ITRC cloud.
• To provide technical guidance and leadership to Programmers and Analyst Programmers.
• To assist in project management such as resources control and vendor monitoring and make reporting to supervisors as and when necessary.
• To involve in system development lifecycle including user requirement collection, analysis and design, development, SIT, UAT, training, documentation and ongoing support including codes, tests, debugs, and / or databases; prepares program specifications and verifies test results for new or modified programs.
• To troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to resolve issue, and collaborate with developers and/ or external parties to resolve technical issue.
• To manage and work closely with external vendors.
• To undertake any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by supervisor.
• Must be located in Hong Kong.
