Key Responsibilities:

Event Project Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual, hybrid, and on-site events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to develop event concepts, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Manage event logistics, including registration, participant communications, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate speaker and moderator briefings, including audio/video setup, content sharing, and technical checks.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Livestreaming and Technical Setup:

  • Set up, configure, and operate livestreaming equipment, including video capture cards, A/V cables, and relevant hardware.
  • Use streaming software like OBS, vMix, TriCaster, or equivalent to produce high-quality, multi-camera livestreams.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot livestreams to ensure minimal disruptions and address technical issues swiftly.
  • Integrate various video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, Teams) with streaming tools for hybrid events.
  • Coordinate with IT and A/V teams to optimize network connectivity and streaming performance.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in streaming software such as OBS Studio, vMix, TriCaster, or similar.
  • Knowledge of audio panels, video capture cards, A/V cabling, and multimedia switchers.
  • Familiarity with livestreaming platforms like YouTube Live, Vimeo, and social media streaming.
  • Basic understanding of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to handle technical issues under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in event management, livestream production, or technical event support.
  • Experience in coordinating virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
  • Language proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is required.
