Job Descriptions:
1. Play an important role in end-to-end execution of transactions, such as IPO, M&A, other capital raising mandates;
2. Support senior bankers in sourcing new business opportunities by preparing pitch materials;
3. Develop, maintain and analyze sophisticated financial models for potential transactions and client pitches;
4. Conduct due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory checks; and
5. Perform any ad-hoc tasts assigned by senior team members
Qualifications Required:
1. 1-2 years working experience at leading investment banks is highly preferred；
2. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a reputatable university. A Master's degree in Business, Finance or a related field is a plus；
3. Solid understanding of capital markets, investment banking and corporate finance activities;
4. Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and
5. Proficient in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
