Job Description

The QC Supervisor will lead and oversee Quality Control operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines. This role will involve supervising staff, maintaining laboratory practices, and ensuring the integrity of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to QC operations to ensure compliance and enhance efficiency in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
• Perform stem cell culture and molecular testing following established protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and provide training to QC personnel on stem cell culture and molecular testing techniques.
• Maintain the QC equipment through regular maintenance, performance checks, and calibration.
• Participate in change control, deviation management, CAPA, risk assessment, supplier evaluation and outsourced activities evaluations.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in stem cell culture and molecular testing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  
  
  

Work Experience

• Experience in stem cell culture and molecular testing techniques.
• Proficient in qPCR techniques
• Experienced with ELISA methodologies
• Knowledgeable in flow cytometry applications
• GMP working experience is preferred
