We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Expert to join our team and lead our technical efforts in solving complex challenges.

In the position of Senior Technical Expert, Your main responsibilities can include:

1. Provide strategic technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality solutions

2. Lead the team in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives

3. Playing a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions

4. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

5. Explore new technologies and analyze competition technology and design concepts. Lead the feasibility studies and a Proof of Concept.

Education and experience:

1.    Technical University/Master/PhD in engineering, math, physics or science

2.    Deep understanding of ultra-precision components and systems, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions.

3.    Expertise in the following aspect: High precision mechanics and mechatronics, control engineering, Optical metrology, Tribology, Ceramic processing, Multiphysics Simulation.

4.    Experience in a technical leadership role as a R&D manager or technical manager is highly desirable

5.    Proven capabilities to lead and collaborate across multi-disciplinary fields and multi-functional teams
