職位描述:

負責整體店鋪運營-創造一個環境，讓銷售人員能夠專注於客戶服務，以最大程度地提高銷售額。店內運營助理必須積極高效地工作，提高客戶在精品店的品牌體驗。

角色和關鍵責任：

* 為店鋪運營提供全方位支持，確保商品在店面快速補充，縮短客戶等待時間。 * 根據公司指引，組織庫房中的產品。

* 按照現有庫存的物品，每日擺放銷售商品。

* 為參考目的保持清晰準確的運營文件/程序。

* 確保店鋪維護符合安全法規和安全程序，產品展示符合規格。

* 監控供應管理，包括包裝訂單、文具、員工制服和店鋪維護。

* 支持店鋪管理履行行政和後勤店鋪職責。

工作要求：

* 充滿活力，快節奏，自我激勵，積極進取

* 有2年奢侈品零售經驗，具有手袋或皮革商品背景者優先

* 良好的團隊合作能力和人際交往能力；擅長銷售和客戶服務
