**What We're Looking For: **

**Tech Wizardry: ** Python, SQL, Linux, Docker, Pandas, R, VBA (Java/.Net a plus!).

**Experience: ** 5+ years in software dev/system design (trading/front-office preferred).

**Financial Savvy: ** Deep knowledge of multi-asset instruments, hedge funds, and compliance.

**Bilingual Brilliance: ** Fluency in English and Mandarin.
