Recommend and implement a competitive C&B structure that reflects local needs
Design and develop incentive and benefits schemes to ensure the organization maximizes market competitiveness
Fully in charge of annual salary survey/benchmarking and oversee the performance management programs
Key requirements:
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8 years HR experience with a focus on C&B management
Dynamic and mature, you must have the proven ability to build relationship at all levels
Experience in developing sales incentive, STI and LTI will be highly regarded
Excellent English and Chinese language skills are essential
