Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in developing and managing C&B initiatives
  • Recommend and implement a competitive C&B structure that reflects local needs
  • Design and develop incentive and benefits schemes to ensure the organization maximizes market competitiveness
  • Fully in charge of annual salary survey/benchmarking and oversee the performance management programs

Key requirements:

  • Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8 years HR experience with a focus on C&B management
  • Dynamic and mature, you must have the proven ability to build relationship at all levels
  • Experience in developing sales incentive, STI and LTI will be highly regarded
  • Excellent English and Chinese language skills are essential
